Start Being Healthy in a simple and fun way with SEBLE (Be Healthy).This application was born from the research group SALBIS (Health, Welfare, Engineering and Social and Health Sustainability) of the University of León with the aim of improving the eating habits, physical activity and stress management of its users.Today there are many existing applications to manage physical activity or diet on a day-to-day basis and, for this reason, we have thought of adding added value to this application with respect to the existing ones.
